These Lying Times... Sustainable Development for the World's Elite

by Carl G Loy

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: What is it? Where did it come from? What does it mean to government; what does it mean to the average citizen?

For several years, we have been conditioned to accept the term, "Sustainable Development," as a vision for the future sustainability of the human species on planet earth. It is presented as a method for the preservation of our resources, for the 'best use' of property, for proper planning of population growth; and for best utilizing government and business to meet the needs of the future. Innocent sounding enough unless one considers that it encompasses nothing short of government control in all things related to life and embraces private & 'public' partnerships that benefit the very few and is a fascist ideology.

Sustainable Development is directly out of the United Nations, their blueprint for a completely controlled society. Every governor of every state and every mayor of every major city has adopted the principles of 'sustainable development.' Small municipalities are either affected or have embraced this agenda that seeks to place government and business partnerships in control of it's communities. Chattanooga, Tennessee is but one good example of a city that has long attempted to excercize control of it's community and their property thru 'sustainability' objectives, and were recognized several years ago by the U.N. as one of one hundred top cities in their achievements related to 'sustainable development' goals. In Chattanooga, it is readily seen in their government/corporate parnerships for development. It is evidenced in their zoning of property and restrictions placed thereon; or in how properties are re-zoned and changes made to restrictions already in place, in order to allow development. It is seen in how the government acquires property, or how it assists specific individuals to acquire property for development. A very few people exercize control over the property of many, to the benefit of that very few. For many years, mayors of Chattanooga have been involved in real estate and / or, in planning and development in that city, before and after serving themselves and their cronies as mayor. They line their pockets and that of their corporate 'partnerships' on the backs of taxpayers, violating property rights, all in the name of 'sustainable development.' Often, they refer to their actions as 'planned' or 'smart growth.' 'Reviving downtown,' is another worn-out phrase. It used to be know as 'urban-renewal.' The end objective is total control of all property in the hands of collectivists who see one world government as the answer to the stress we humans are deemed to place upon the planet, but in reality is nothing more than a very small group of elitists becoming our masters and we their slaves. Recently, the Supreme Court made their road to total control of property, and the citizen, much easier by allowing 'eminent domain' to encompass "best use" related to government and/ or private development that would produce more tax. This is the communist doctrine of Karl Marx, whereby the greater good of the greater group takes priority over any individual rights. It is controlled economic democracy in practice and violates the very essence of a republic that is based on the rights of individuals, especially for the right of individual ownership and use of their property.

Environmentalists have long embraced the goals of sustainable development for it also addresses the control and restrictions they desire in rural areas. Audubon Society, Sierra Club, Wildlife Federation, Nature Conservancy, etc., all promote and utilize 'sustainability' measures to prohibit and restrict use of both private and federal lands. Control is always in the hands of the few who seek even more control. All are enabled to exert this influence and control thru treaties that originate in the United Nations and circumvent the will and rights of private individuals thus affected. Sustainable development and extreme environmentalism go hand in hand. In fact they can not be separated. Their common objectives are of the same U.N. origin and are intended to limit areas for human habitation. The goal is to confine humans in highly restricted urban areas much like workers living in a commune similar to the old days of coal mines, where the company owned the store and the living quarters. Tennessee Ernie Ford sang 'sixteen tons and what-a ya get?' The song goes on to say he owes his soul to the company store. Today the larger corporations own everything that government doesn't own and they are one and the same in their agenda. We owe everything but our soul to corporate government and the discerning Christian understands that they are after that, also.

Our freedom to own property has long been lost, but we had at least some amount of control of its' use for a time. Now we have lost even that in all cities and in most other areas. Once we allowed property to be taxed we lost our ownership. We are allowed restricted uses on condition we pay our rent, (tax) and we will be kicked out if we don't. That is not freedom of ownership of property. Although government only has limited constitutional rights to itself own property, it has devious ways of doing just that and now owns a great percentage of the land within the states, particularly in the West and Northwest. Perserves, parks, greenways, and land trusts are related to the U.N. steps for control of property and adhere to 'sustainable development' guide lines. Here again, the Chattanooga area officials and developers and land trust holders pride themself in adhering to U.N. sustainable development guidelines. The land trusts on Lookout Mountain in Georgia are good examples of the manner in which government and private parties conspire to deceive the average taxpayer and place more and more property in control of the state, and as always, according to the U.N. guidelines for sustainable development. The wealthy private parties get the big tax breaks in this 'partnership' and the property becomes a burden to the taxpayer, while offering limited use, if any at all. It becomes property that is not taxed, and it also means that property is less available in such an area while placing restrictions for use on adjoining properties. These 'trusts' usually 'donated' to the state, provide restricted use areas and greenways that are part of a mapped plan provided by the U.N. years ago, whereby was invisioned and plotted the connecting of uninhabited corridors that transverse the United States from Mexico to Canada, Florida to Maine, crisscrossing the areas in-between. Of course, it is presented for public consumption, as land 'generously' donated by the land-owner for state protection for future generations. Nothing could be farther from the truth. It is about government controlling natural resources or the land in its natural state, for the future benefit of an elite few. It involves an ideology and a religion that says that man and nature are equal and Mother Earth must be protected from human consumption and over-population; that god is nature.

Sustainable development affects all property, all property rights, and all taxpayers in some way and what is tendered as a positive benefit is in fact a travesty placed upon the citizen of today and of tomorrow.

Sustainable Development is not about living free, but about living in a totally controlled environment. It is an environment that does not allow individual rights to property. It is a way of life foreign to our ancestors, but it will not be foreign to future generations who are today being brainwashed in government schools to believe that this is necessary for the benefit of saving the planet for the future and providing for their own future welfare. Programing children to believe in control by the state and accept change in government is the purpose of today's educational agenda. Sustainable Development is about restructuring society, just as is our government educational system. Sustainable Development is taught in government schools, as the best means for survival of the human race on this planet in a world envisioned as one international community under the rule of the United Nations. Nothing in sustainable development, nor in government schools, teaches respect for private property. The underlying theme in both is that the individual must sacrifice for the greater good of the greater group, and they are the ones to tell you when and what that good is to be. When you can not retain control of your property; when you are not allowed the right to personal defense; when you are forced to give up a great amount of the proceeds of your labors; just where is freedom? What are the basic rights of ownership?

The United Nations first coined the name, Sustainable Development. Basically, it is a concept that came out of the Soviet Constitution in 1977. In America, it is about reinventing American government. It is about making us all servants in a collectivist society whereby everything is totally controlled by the state under a global government. Ninty years ago, the creation of the Federal Reserve was a major step toward these collectivist goals and they have been advancing their cause every since. Since all nations must be viewed as equal and since America is that unequaled shining light of freedom and prosperity, it is America that must be taken down and made equal. Since it is America that has the military means of controlling others, it has to be the United States that is subverted to their goals. American leaders have become a part of this subversion and complicit in attaining those goals, and in so doing, they are committing treason on a continuing basis. Sustainable development has been embraced as the way of the future by our government at all levels. That is why it is being taught in 'their' schools. Private property is not sustainable. It contributes to inequality and social injustice. It must be eliminated. That's what the U.N. has to say and sustainable development is the means of doing just that.

Wildlands Project, Heritage sites, Biospheres are all words coined by the U.N. and evidences of their agenda are becoming common in America. Thru such, the U.N. controls most of our federal parks, such as Smoky Mountain National Park; Yellowstone, etc. Even the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia has not escaped a U.N. Heritage designation. There are 48 such sites in the U.S. alone. Sanctuaries are commonly designated all over the U.S. whereby the government, achieving their U.N. sustainable development goals, take control of masses of land, either by ownership or restrictive use. After all, government does not really need to own land, as long as it controls use. The collectivists, (or call them Marxists), who have control of our government, the media, schools, and the banking system, intend to have that control and it includes ever facet of our lives. They make their gains largely by deceiving the citizen, one sound-bite at a time.

Just remember; Mussolini created a fascist regime by the use of government & private partnerships. That is the essence of fascism. It involves control in the hands of the few, much like the City of Chattanooga, today. Chattanooga is sustainable development in action on a daily basis. When you hear of land-trusts, greenways, etc, just remenmber, these are nothing more than the achieving of sustainable development goals based upon the U.N. vision for the future. It is all about control of the many by the elitist few. It is about control of all property at the expense of private property ownership and individual rights. I think of it as extreme socialism where all is owned by the corporate government elite and all priviledges are granted to their workers as they determine is best to control and satisfy for their own needs and desires. It also means living without the conveniences to which we are accustomed. It means living in a soviet style system and we should already be accustomed to a few things that entails for we are most surely embracing a soviet America in this very day. We have been too dumbed down to recognize much of it and we are led as sheep to slaughter. Only we follow goats. The issues we face, but fail to recognize, are issues of liberty and respect for individual rights.

Sustainable development is the opposite of liberty and a free society. Nice sounding words and societies' benefit are covers for the deceit that will place us all under the auspices of a one world government, under which there is no freedom and no rights; just priviledges granted by the elites who will be our masters. Protect the insects becomes just as important as human existence. The U.N. and it's Agenda 21 explains much of what to expect. Our own government does not have a problem with loss of sovereignty or loss of individual rights. They do have a problem with just who is going to be ultimately in control of all of us. They want world power and at the moment they have the power of military force. When you think they are fighting for us, just remember that it has only to do with which totalitarian mix gets control of the world and for this they fight among themselves. It is never about our rights as individuals or as a free society, nor about our nation as a sovereign nation. Basically, it is a fight between the ideologies of Fabian Socialists and Marxist Leninists. It is about which group of these elitists will rule the world. Sustainable development is embraced by both as a means to achieve their goals. It is a revised Marxist approach; humanist and anti-Christian; and includes the philosophy of the Frankfurt School in Germany. In the late 30's, Fascism made more headway than Marxism as practiced by the Soviets. Hitler drove out the Frankfurt School which then came to America to spread their beliefs at Columbia University, later returning to Germany. The Frankfurt School originated with the planning of a couple dozen Marxists who studied how to best apply Marxist doctrine thru action within western societies. The result was a different version of Marxism from the old Soviet style, mainly differing from attacking economies to attacking cultures.Their philosophy included the use of psychology to brainwash subjects. They followed the teachings of Sigmund Freud incorporating his use of psychiatry to understand what it took to change the thinking of people. From them came the agenda to denigrate the white male and advance feminism as a way to dissolve the bonds of family that they deemed was a foundation in America that prevented their ideology from being accepted. Psychological warfare originated from the Frankfurt School and its revised Marxism. It was the means used to attack the core values of American culture. Political correctness is derived from their teachings. Taking control of the education of children was a primary goal of these students of the Frankfurt School. We saw this mostly as Communism and indeed, it differed very little in many ways. Much of what is taught in schools today could be labeled Communism. However, it is really a collectivist mindset that is common to all the "ism's" whether it be Nazism, Fascism, Marxism, even Americanism. The Frankfurt School provided a method for advancing all these variances of collectivism. They came up with such things as 'sensitivity' training and 'sexual liberation'. We can find their teaching rampant in all our major universities. They have had an impact on society and it's morality unlike any other. Today, their influences are seen at the Tavistock Institute in England and in Aspen Institute in America, both of which directly influence the curriculum in American schools and are the training ground for change agents and facillators who impliment their ideology into schools and government at all levels.

The world has become very complicated. It is so much so and so much is so hidden, that the average person is completely deceived by it. Sustainable development is a deception and it is being taught in government schools using the methods of the Frankfurt School of revised Marxism; a Marxist approach to undermining values and changing our perception of government. Sustainable development rapidly leads us to a one world government. It is for the benefit of the Elite. It will place us back in the dark ages ruled by the Papacy thru their Jesuits and international bankers and Illuminati Freemasons. And then the End will come.

Smart Growth: The idea that our quality of life will be enhanced by confining human living into areas of convenience that will allow all needs including jobs to be nearby. In other words, you can walk to work; walk to buy groceries; walk to a medical facility, etc. All shopping needs will be close by. Living in high-rise apartments under which are commercial establishments is envisioned. This is a part of sustainable development's vision for America. To accomplish this we see that cities are establishing private & government partnerships and the joint development of this very thing. It is their solution for what they see as a waste of resources and they see what they call urban sprawl such as the outlying subdivisions to be a bad use of property. To combat this the need to eliminate property rights is paramount. The state must decide and control how land is developed. Land cannot be treated as a right of private ownership. It leads to independence and does not serve the common good of the larger group. Public control of land use must be placed in the hands of government for only they know what is best for all of society. That is the philosophy of the United Nations & NGO's such as UNESCO, who meets behind closed doors to decide our fate, and many of our federal agencies such as the National Park Service, embrace this agenda.

We see a conflict of ideas between whether we protect private property rights or we allow government to determine how property is used. EPA, Clean Water Act, and many other 'acts' have been implemented to attain the goals of government to control property and are all following sustainable development guidelines. Clinton signed the U.N. Biological Diversity Act, a treaty that had not even been written or ratified. Without ratification, the EPA went ahead to implement this agenda. Bureaucrats without Congressional approval made the rules and enforced it as law based on a treaty not even agreed upon by elected officials and violating the Constitution in a myraid of ways. It related to the management of property and urban development. It defined how government should control urban expansion and control development. It presented to government the regulations needed to prevent urban sprawl; to determine best use of lands; to prevent highway construction; and how to present smart growth to every local community. Walker County Georgia with the assistance of the current mayor of Chattanooga has begun to implement this smart growth plan. Oddly, this mayor, former councilman, Ron Littlefield, has sauntered back and forth between the city government of Chattanooga and the planning commission in Walker County for several years. How he so conveniently crosses state lines with his agenda seems strange. Currently, a collectivist named David Ashburn, and a drug convicted lawyer, and Ron Littlefield seem to be calling the shots for sole commissioner Bebe Haskill and she follows obediently. But this is all a story I may address another time for local consumption.

Smart growth brainwashes the citizen to think that our land is simply overpopulated and in need of protection, and we have city folks thinking that rural land is being eaten up by expansion, so to them it seems plausible to want to protect some amount of rural area. But what is imposed is the confiscation of the land of farmers who have worked the land for generations. The government using various agencies finds ways to drive these farmers off their land, if they are reluctant to go peaceably. There are many examples, but the Klamath farmers whose land depended upon irrigation, which was cut off under the Endangered Species Act to save a fish later found plentiful in other places, and who lost their livelihood is just one. This has occurred in most states. The introduction of wolves and other predators onto ranch lands is another example of how government drives owners from their land. Wet lands is another means of restricting use. If all else fails, restrictions may be used to make the property valueless and unusable for the livelihood used. People are simply regulated out of their land and out of their means of making a living. This is happening all over America, but we are apathetic to it because it isn't happening to us. Besides, we're too busy with our own life, our debt obligations; our children's sports; our own Joe 6-pak mentality, to be concerned about something that's happening to someone in another county or state, or accross town, or far down the road. Be warned; it is coming to you, fellow slave.
We see air polution used to instigate controls. Chattanooga is another good example of this, as is Walker County Georgia. As Chattanooga claimed the need to reduce pollution, and implemented testing on vehicles, Walker County coincidentally implemented controls on outdoor burning. We don't have a pollution problem; pollen maybe. If their concern is for our breathing, why not eliminate these pollen laden plants. But what I see locally, is nothing compared to what many endure. I am aware of atrocities committed in Florida, Maryland, Maine, Washington, Oregon, and in-between. It is becoming rampant, although it has been going on for quite sometime.

Sustainable development in preparing children for global citizenship mince no words. They tell you exactly what are their goals in educating children. This goes back to 1968 in some states; all in 1994. It's not new. Jimmie Carter promised to instill this in our Dept of Education and he did. Informed and reasoned decisions made by children were stated goals. But it goes on to relate that to being global citizens. Facts and information were deemed not to be the priorities of education. It is the transformation of society. It has to do with planning labor for a planned economy. These globalists in education tell you that. They also promote private / government partnerships. Goals 2000 gave us a national curriculum and national tests with the incentive of grants. Schools to Work gave us a planned workforce for a planned economy. Everyone who served on various boards who implemented these policies in both business and education were appointed. No Child Left Behind took up where the previous two left off. Accountability measures were put in place to insure that all states complied. It was said to be voluntary, but it became mandated, rather an oxymoron, wouldn't you say? Education is now said to determine life's goals for every child and that is in their own words. Not preparing the child to establish his own goals in life, but establishing them for him. Do you get that? China and Russia say the same thing. It is necessary for a state planned economy. We all have to be alike to perform for the Elites in a world economy.

A liberal arts education is not necessary according to these elites. We don't need children who know too much; they just need to know enough to be placed in a worker's role in the economy. Equally dumb, I add. Outcome based education is the dumbing down of society and sustainable development is the term used whereby real education is suppressed and redirected. Texas, Maine, and Minnesota have been forerunners in this concept. Folks, it is indoctrination, not education. It is intended to eliminate any thoughts of individual freedom. It is socialism and government control that is taught. You see, the economy requires workers, not literate employees. Illeteracy assures a compliant and docile workforce. Literacy threatens. The more literate want more. They aspire to advance themselves. They recognize that they are being used for the benefit of others and not themselves. They are a threat to a compliant workforce. The new federal curriculum insures that will not happen. Tomorrows citizens already believe that it is government's responsibility to redistribute wealth as seen by some questionaires. How would American children come to this conclusion?

Created equal? Inalienable rights? National sovereignty? You must be kidding! Not taught. Today's curriculum is about sustainable development. It is about changing young minds; their attitudes; their values; their perception of the role of government. Today's curriculum knows not truth. Everything is relative. Our founding principles are distorted; the constitution redefined. I challenge all parents to dig deep; get past the catchy phrases that appear innocent and positive; see how the constitution is portrayed, for instance. If you will get serious, more will bcome self-evident. Of course, if you didn't get a good foundation yourself, you won't know the difference and therein lies the problem. We are already dumbed down and this young generation is already thus lost to sustainable development and it's anti-christ agenda. Shame on Christian parents who give up their children to this pagan ideology that will bring on their servitude to a one world government of the elite few.
