These Lying Times...Always Was; Always Will Be

"These Lying Times" are an attempt to inform with the goal of encouraging others to seek additional information and determine for themselves the extent to which deceit has affected our society and the plans for its' future. Our desire is that others will become just as concerned about the state of our nation and the path on which we are being taken as we become socially restructured for reasons about which many are deceived.
Deceit is in use by politicians on every level, government in general, the school systems and educational curriculum, the medical profession, corporations, and on and on. Deceit is advanced by the media, including movies and the daily news sources.
Deceit is rampant not simply due to coincidence or the weakness of man, but by considerable planning by the powers that be, ongoing since man was placed upon this earth. Its' evidence threads history from the beginning of time. Since man first attempted to control other men, there have been those who knew what they were doing and those who allowed themselves used for benefits derived, and those unknowingly used to accomplish what were the goals of those seeking control. And there has always been those few who were able to identify the deceiving tactics at work and they were able to analyze the fruits to determine the goals. Most all people have always been deceived and the battle has always been between those in the know; those who knew because they were actively deceiving most others in an effort to follow their agenda, and those who knew what those were up to and saw thru the deceit. The masses who are deceived are their own worse enemy for it is they who enable the powers that be to make continual progress. In a socialist state, more and more are made beneficiaries of the fruits of the labor of others and thereby become dependent upon the state to care for them.
One of the things I have noted over the years regarding our government schools is the difference in what I remember as both a student and as a teacher and the current priorities in the government schools. It has to do with recognition of the individual; individual learning where each child was encouraged to be creative. We sought to assist the child in identifying his or her own particular talents and the development of those talents. The poorest overall achieving pupil could be found to have that one particular interest and talent that could be explored and encouraged and brought forth, and it was the job of the teacher to motivate to that end. We also, encouraged the development of a child's analytical abilities. I believe that we all possess the ability to analyize and it is this ability that greatly determines our success in all areas that allow life to be enjoyed. It was the job of the teacher to help the individual child develop this ability to the degree that he was capable. Creativity and the ability to analyze were the 'themes' around which all subjects were taught. Today, the "themes" are something altogether different and are aspects of propaganda to mold a child's thinking in a prescribed manner for a predestined outcome, ignoring the individual as being important. When I taught school, every child was important in their own right and my objective was to bring out those individual differences and characteristics that made that child aware of his own special talents and his individual uniqueness and to build confidence. Kids also learned the basics as well as an appreciation of our founding principles and read such books as those by the Classical writers. There wasn't any trash in our libraries and we encouraged reading. Today our libraries are filled with trash and assignments include reading Harry Potter. I know teenagers who never heard of Shakespeare or Chaucer, but they can tell you about Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. They have never heard of Louisa May Alcott. Political correctness won't allow the Uncle Remus Tales of Ber' Fox and Ber' Rabbitt, and dare not relate Little Black Sambo. Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn are unknown, replaced with pure trash often promoting alternate life-styles, which was referred to as being Queer in my day back then. Singing 'Dixie' songs and those old melodies by Stephen Collins Foster, such as "My Old Kentucky Home", and "Down Upon the Sewanee River" are replaced with Rap and other trashy types of music advocating sex, drugs, and violence. You can't sing an old song that mentions "darkies" but you can rap to killing policemen and abusing women. We did projects that allowed each child to excell in his own special way and those with the most difficulties received the greatest amount of attention and assistance and encouragement, and they were also the ones from whom a teacher received the most blessing, enjoying with them their successes no matter how small. We taught kids to stand up for themselves and to recognize the rights of others. Today, it is not the individual that is important, except as he relates to the group, and the group can require the sacrifice of individual rights. Where we once presented the future as open to any and all willing to make the effort required to accomplish his desired goal, we now try to steer students into groups and for designated areas of training that someone else determines they are best suited and which best benefits corporate society. That was what the first step of "School to Work" was all about. Even those who planned these educational programs realized that they had to be sold to the public as something they were not, and then when said to be voluntary, they tied on a series of purse strings to make them mandatory.
Our schools fell victim to the psychology of Freud and the Johnson's and later we discover that their studies were frauds, but not before they changed America forever, as we followed Communist John Dewey's Progressive Education, just as today that same agenda is continued under No Child Left Behind.
While deceit and fraud abound and surround us in all manner of ways affecting our lives far more drastically than we realize, the deceit that has allowed the federal takeover of our schools is the most to be abhored. It has been the results of an agenda that advanced an ideology with long term objectives and a plan for incrementally deceitful implementation. It is the result of Communist influences and socialism advancing it's own deceitful ends. Our society has been and is being redesigned. The target to pull this off are our children. What can be more sad than to think that a nation is being subverted thru the deceitful manipulation of its' children's minds. What are parents thinking? Well, they are not thinking. They are too busy working for 'things' and too willing to allow government to babyset to pay attention. Worse of all, they have become socialists.
Socialism is a huge lie, a great deceit. It is an all devouring cancer once all are deceived and liberty is extinguished. The only cure is left for the undeceived individual to follow Jesus Christ to the Cross and that is a cure worse than the cancerous disease of socialism to those who are seeking rewards on earth. We either deny the lure of the Satanic world, and it's pleasures, or we deny Jesus Christ. We either embrace and support a worldly government, submitting to its' demands and abominations, or we risk our possessions and our lives to refuse man's government and follow His Teachings. We either curry the favor of friends and those who are administering the socialist system, or we sacrifice even our families if necessary in order to follow the One God. We can easily see that it is the road less traveled that carries those who will not be swayed from their willingness to endure persecution to follow in His footsteps.
