Technology can be a great thing for humanity when used for good purposes, but in the hands of evil men, it can used with horrible intentions. Unfortunately, government has controlled technology and evil men have been the norm in governments all over the world, America included. Government has used the fruits of people's labor to aid and abet those who are their buddies, usually tied together thru secret societies, and have prevented much technological development that threatened these cronies with competition. By controlling technology, government can create artificially high prices and line their own pockets. The people have lost the benefit of much that would have made the costs of energy less and increased standards of living. Inventions that would have benefited people are not allowed to be made available to the average person, but are either reserved for government's benefit, or have been regulated out of existence. In some cases, the inventors have even met untimely deaths for pursuing their creations.
Governments have mostly used technology for military advantage and for increasing control over their own people. While most people are now aware of such things as the questionable contents of chemtrails and the development of HAARP technology, there is much that has not come to light and much that government protects in secrecy. Often, when something seems about to be exposed, government rapidly puts a lid on it claiming national security.
Occasionally, the people are allowed some of the benefits of technology when it can line the pockets of their cronies. We need to understand that many of these people whom we think of as our elected officials are obligated by oath in their secret societies to assist and protect each other and to pursue the goals toward a new world order. These people are merely pawns of the international financiers such as David Rockefeller, Sr and The Rothschilds, but they are well rewarded for their loyalty and efforts on behalf of these people of indescribable wealth and the power it provides.
The KGB actually began development of scalar interferometers after WWII, and made rapid progress during the 60's, and by the mid 70's were actively using this newly developed technology to affect weather. Khrushchev claimed in 1960 that they were developing a weapon that could wipe out all life on the entire earth and they were operational by 1963. According to Ret. U.S. Army Lt. Col Thomas E. Bearden, the first known use of this weaponry was in April 1963, when it was used to destroy the U.S.S. Thresher nuclear submarine. Preparations to destroy the United States with planted nuclear devices in all her major cities, during the 70's, using this technology were stymied when Israel inserted nuclear weapons in cities within the Soviet Union, and as far as is known, these devices still exist in the major cities of both Russia and the United States and are available to be activated even today by undercover cells. This was the basis for the MAD, (Mutual Assured Destruction)
Doctrine during the Cold War. We were led to believe that the Cold War and MAD related to the number of ICBM's with nuclear warheads each nation had readied and pointed at each other. Also in April, in 1986, a private U.S. group was able to prevent a giant earthquake in the Los Angeles and San Francisco area by destroying one of the Soviet scalar interferometer transmitters, but which caused the Chernobyl nuclear incident incident. It might be noted here that April 19th begins a Satanic celebration of blood sacrifice and rituals that lasts until May 1st. Also noteworthy is the fact that many other dates correspond to April 19th, such as Waco and OKC, and May 1st is the founding of the Illuminati and the May Day of Communism. Could that be the source of the cry for assistance in tragedy? "May Day, May Day?"
On May 1st of 1997, a devastating attack was planned for America by the KGB and the Japanese Yakuza, who had leased scalar interferometers form them. This attack was prevented when Israel let it be known to the Soviets that they had the means of producing just as much devastation to the Soviets. They had already exploded large Soviet ammunition sites just to signal their ability to do that and more as a warning. The KGB and FSB, (Federal Security Service), have trained the Russian Mafia and Japanese rouge groups, (the Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo), in use of scalar interferometer technology and in 1990, leased to them the means of affecting weather in America and other parts of the world under their supervision. The Aum Shinrikyo was the source for the KGB's sarin nerve gas. By 2004, weather engineering was the cause of most hurricanes including Charlie, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne, etc. which were intensified and caused considerable economic damage. Ivan and Jeanne both were manipulated to veer so drastically against any known cause that it should have brought attention to the possibility of man induced direction and intensity, but meteorologists rarely consider such. Hurricane Catarina hit Brazil after forming where no hurricane was thought possible by the textbooks but it was simply labeled an unknown phenomenon.
With scalar technology, electromagnetics or energetics, comes the ability to produce both positive and negative EMP, (electromagnetic pulses), weapons and they can be manufactured in portable models capable of being hidden in a suitcase, awaiting their use. Right now America is vulnerable to such weaponry and the entire nation could experience loss of electrical energy bringing total collapse to the economy. The U.S. Government does absolutely nothing to act to prevent this from occurring, although they are well aware of the potential disaster. In fact, it is inevitable that this destruction will take place sooner or later.

Much of the material available about such technology is beyond the comprehension of most of us, but we can certainly understand the military significance of scalar and electrodynamics technology. We should also understand that this technology in the hands of evil men can just as easily be directed upon its' own people. Unfortunately, we do have evil men in power in all nations and some do control this technology. It is incomprehensible for us to understand the great use, such technology could have in the right hands and used for good, making energy practically free and raising our standard of living to heights unimaginable.
A combination of true liberty and the benefit of technology used for the good of the people stretches the mind to mindboggling. However, Nikola Tesla was stopped from developing his theories by the powerful interests of the financial cartels who made sure we continued to be dependent upon fuels and materials, which today they claim must be reduced. Of course they have drained the system and the American people by that means for their benefit and their control is not going away, until God says, "Enough!" Evil men control the direction of science and what is allowed to be developed and they are intent on adding more and more hi-tec weaponry to their arsenal. Christians and Patriots will be on the receiving end.

The U.S. Government has done nothing to equally develop such weaponry, nor to provide any defense against it. It is my opinion that elements within our government have knowledge of their intended use of it and are doing the bidding of their masters on the premise that America must be destroyed so that they will be able to rule the Enlightened New World with their masters. Newt Gingrich, Bob Dole, Al Gore, and many many more, all 33rd Degree Masons, have loyally served their masters in advancing that agenda. They have amassed fortunes for doing so and younger Bill Clinton types are replacing them expecting the same rewards. All expect to be a part of the world's ruling elite if they are still alive. We are the dumb backward 'unenlightened' who are 'useless eaters' and must be destroyed so the earth can be made pure again.
In 1997, Secretary of Defense William Cohen, at a conference on WMD held in Georgia at the office of Sam Nunn, publicly confirmed the existence of electromagnetic weaponry and the ability of terrorists to use it to control weather and induce earthquakes and erupt volcanoes. The press was too spellbound with Bill Clinton's "depends upon what the definition of the word is, is" that they ignored the one and only time a government official had ever acknowledged such weapons. Or perhaps that oversight was intentional? I don't recall such an admission by any official since Cohen made his statements.

In fact, the Christianity that includes those who truly believe must be eradicated before total world power can be given to their antichrist beast. True Believers and those who are patriotic to a national identity are obstructions to their goals and they are prepared to eliminate every last one that cannot be indoctrinated and made productive in their future enslavement. Yes, we are enemies of the state by default. A Satanic pagan cult practicing the occult doctrine of New Age 'Enlightenment' using Freemasonry and various secret societies, are intent on ruling the world. A time of unequaled tribulation is near just as Scripture foretells and already we are being tested. Just as the worshipers of Lucifer reward those loyal to their cause, so does God award His Chosen for their steadfastness. The difference is that our rewards are not of this world and our time here is to be one of persecution for His Namesake. God Promised persecution so I don't know why so many expect to be 'raptured' out of here before it happens. So many cling to that hope and faith that they will not be made to "endure unto the end" but it is Said more than once what is Promised those who do. The technology of today in the hands of Satanic evil governments of man can create any illusion they desire and eliminate people instantly. I expect they will have their 'fake' rapture when the proper time arises for them to introduce the awes and wonders of their lying antichrist figure as leader of the Illuminati 'wise' men and selected one to rule the world at their behest. Those believing in a Pre-Trib Rapture may be some who are 'taken' to demonstrate the powers of the beast, while others will wonder why they were 'left behind.' It is doubtful that any True Believer will be left, since they will have endured horrendous persecution prior to that event, but they will have endured unto that end. If you are not already being persecuted, or are not living in such a way that you do expect it, at any time, I'd be very worried about where my eternal life would be spent.
Today, it is not the threat of anthrax and smallpox and other types of bioterrorism that is so much the threat as is the threat of the delivery systems that technology has developed to use them. The Soviets have experimented with anthrax, plagues, and pathogens since the 1930's. A 1993 study concluded that a small Cessna plane could spray enough anthrax over a large city to kill up to 3 million people. However, today's technology is more advanced than to need a small Cessna to disperse anthrax or any other pathogen and mailing out envelopes was simply a test to gauge reaction and preparedness. The so called Gulf War Syndrome was the result of the vaccinations given to troops touted to protect them from such a biological attack, when in fact it was a concoction intended to reduce the effectiveness of the immune system by forcing it to combat several different pathogens simultaneously and leaving the individual with a suppressed overworked immune system unable to defend itself from any real attack. The consequence was the Gulf War Syndrome that baffled the medical field. Our own scientists do not understand and do not try to understand the use of electromagnetic means to transmit disease changes in personnel. The Soviets used microwave radiation on our Embassy in Moscow for years, resulting in the deaths of three ambassadors and hundreds made unexplainably sick or experiencing real diseases. Our government did nothing to explore that phenomenon. Today the means exist to implant a population with diseases by the use of electromagnetical delivery and the bonus of being able to amplify the results on the population after delivery. Basically, the U.S. Government has shut down any scientific exploration or research into any of these probable
sources of attacks or treatment for, if attacked. The government issues grants to fund what they want and denies funds for research they don't want. One can also die if they try it on their own with private funding. Has anyone thought tyranny yet? Does anyone recognize tyranny? Are we so naive as to think our government didn't know with what it was vaccinating soldiers? that it does not have any intelligence in place that allows them to know what is going on? That William Cohen was just speculating for some reason when he said that scalar weaponry existed in the hands of terrorists? How about governments as terrorists? Of course as is everything Satanic, things are reversed. We are considered possible terrorists for even our thoughts are crimes against the state.

Most everyone is aware of the experiments on black men who were given syphilis many years ago and most seem to have some ideas about the man-made laboratory creation of AIDS, but few seem aware of the release of mycoplasma by intentionally spraying it into population areas in the U.S. (Florida) and Canada in the 1960's. The spraying of mosquitos actually made the mosquito the carrier that transmitted the disease to the human. The disease produced chronic fatigue, pulmonary fibrosis, strokes, heart attacks, and more. What a boon for the medical profession treating all the symptoms with all those drugs. Could something even more sinister have been at play? All those elderly "useless eaters" on social security in Florida making it a good place to depopulate?
Scalar electromagnetic technology has the ability to deliver smallpox to large areas. A large city could be reduced by one third even without the enhancement ability that is available with this technology. First, send in an array of pathogens to mess up the immune system much like the soldier's vaccinations, then deliver the real thing. Then amplify the results. The results would be devastating and the disease would spread on its' own. do this in every major city in the world and you have erased billions of people, depopulation personified. Truly Satanic forces are at the helm of the ship and are steering the world at its' discretion, just waiting to unleash its' terror and tyranny upon us all. The bad news is that no rapture is going to prevent the persecution of the True believer who lives. The good news is that it doesn't matter; we are on the winning side and we can fulfill God's Promises just by enduring until the end.
