These Lying Times....Holy Government and Idolatry

Satan is having a toast, again! New Jersey recognizes gay unions as equal to heterosexual marriages. Well, that's what we get when we allow government to define marriage. It might be recalled that we started this train wreck when we first consented to allowing government to grant permission to individuals to marry. Yes, once we accepted that it was okay for government to decide that, upon applying to government for permission and paying a fee, a couple had the right to be wed in 'Holy' matrimony, we opened the door to what we have before us today. So why are there some who are complaining so loudly? They didn't expect that government would always restrain their power and adhere to values they thought were sacred? There was nothing sacred about a marriage made with government as the 3rd party, when God sanctified the bond and only He was to be the 3rd party. Contracts made with government approval also allow conditions for their breaking and for the perceived injured parties to be rewarded. Just get divorced if it doesn't work out. Yes, most Christians took their dutifully acquired 'permit' to some 'licensed' minister and said their vows in more Scriptural terms, but they still operated under the auspices of government authority. If God is a jealous god, and He does say that He is, then He must not have liked the idea of government coming first, or sharing that authority with government. After all, He has said that the world belongs to Satan and we know that Satan controls all the governments of the world, as seen by the temptation of Christ in the Garden, where he offered Him that. So, how displeased might one think He would be that the sanctity of marriage, something that He established and something so very important to Him, was turned over to the authority of Satan's government? No, we should not be surprised that governments are slowly enlarging the concept of relationships under their authority, an authority we gave to them.
I.R.S. is said to be tightening down on churches and their free speech regarding perceived political statements from the pulpit and any other activity they may deem to be political in nature. Of course, that is due to churches having made government a 3rd party to their ministry, something I'm sure that God is also very displeased about. For what reason would a church fail to maintain a separateness between themselves and the government, Satan's government? Why for mammon, of course! Out of ignorance, churches have applied for tax-exempt status, something already provided by exclusion in the tax code. And that is the leverage used to curtail their liberty; fear of loss of tax exempt status. Incorporation of churches is one of the great sacrileges of our times. God is a jealous God, but we think that He is pleased to share His Proper Role in His Church with Satan's government?
No pastor, no church, and no marriage, can have placed God first and only, if they have entered into agreements with, and granted authority to, Satan's government. Not one person can dispute that with Scripture. Oh sure, you might say that God wants us to obey government, and use the popular verses that are so used, but don't mean what they are used to mean, but irregardless, if government is a secular government, which it is, and we were responsible for it and are responsible in holding it accountable, it is still ourselves that must answer for it. We have allowed government to have it's evil ways. When God's government were the Laws followed by His People, Scripture had a completely different meaning than some want to accept. That was righteous government, not Satan's government that was being followed. Israel of the Old Testament experienced what it was like to be disciplined by God when they failed to appreciate His Care. As one method, God used Satan's evil governments in chastising his People. Scripture vividly tells us of His Pleasures and His Displeasures. The history of their triumphs and travails has been recorded so that we might learn from it. Evidently, considering what is taught and not taught in today's 501c3 churches, and the alliances they have chosen with Satan's government, we haven't learned much.
Back in the days when Christianity first was so-called, we have the period of the Holy Roman Empire with its' perverted teachings that beget the advent of Catholicism. Today, we might easily began applying 'Holy' to how we view and embrace Satan's government. These Holy United States of American certainly have taken over where the true Teachings of Jesus Christ have been left off in the hearts and minds of the American Christian. Both then and now are governments intent upon playing god and that god is satanic. That we would embrace relationships with our churches and our marriages with that of a satanic government is a good indication of just how badly most are deceived.
Charitable giving has been circumvented by government with its' taxation methods. Socialism robs by legalized theft. Schools indoctrinate in secular humanism, rather than educate. Our lands, our transportation, our livelihoods, and just about everything that we do or use, are under heavy controls by some form of taxation or by laws and regulations. We seek benefits from government and look to government for protection. The bottom line is that it is idolatry and we are accepting a satanic government as being Holy. What oh what, have we done?
