These Lying Times....Corporations Posing As Churches

What is a church? What is a corporation? The government well knows the answer to both of these questions. So, why don't most Christians seem to know and why do they seem to think they can have it both ways? The government understands that it can not create a church. A corporation is their creation. Government recognizes the church as a separate entity from the state, while the corporation is established as an entity of the state. Why don't Christians know that choosing masters is involved in the decision to incorporate, or not to incorporate? How does sovereignty of the church relate to incorporation? What part of Scriptures don't they understand? Who is leading the church astray? How can a church be so blind and have not the eyes to see, nor the discernment to understand, nor the ears for truth, regarding incorporation? Will Christ accept a Bride already married to another, the state?
The Church represents the Body of Christ, a body created by Christ for purposes well established in Scripture. The church is Biblically mandated to be His Kingdom IN this world, but is not OF this world. As such, as His Kingdom on Earth, and coexisting with Satan's minions, the Church can recognize no other authority except that Authority that comes from God which is derived from His Word. Before the existence of a Constitution in America, it was recognized that the practice of a religion of choice, recognizing a Higher Authority, was a strong influence upon how people lived and how they interacted and the Constitution then reflected this fact. From that time since, no law exists that allows government authority over the church. Government realized that it simply could not create something of a spiritual nature and that it could not have authority over the church.
Government is not the source of the founding of the Church. Government does not mandate the mission of the church. Government is not about spreading the New Testament Gospel of Jesus Christ. Government has no authority over the church. However, it could establish corporations over which it could exercise authority. Thus, in order to have authority over the church, there had to be an enticement to lure the church into and under this authority. When establishing 501c3 tax exempt status for non-profit incorporated organizations, IRS could not by law include churches, and churches were excepted from these regs and rules. In other words, the church was recognized as being a separate entity having its' own Source of Authority and over which IRS had none. The church was not granted tax exempt status because it did not need it; it was already excluded from such taxes. The church was sovereign unto itself and by the Authority given it by a Sovereign God.
The enticement offered the church to become an incorporated tax exempt 501c3 entity of the state, was simply to deceive them into it as a means of insuring compliance to laws and securing their tax savings. It was based on a lie. IRS lured accountants and religious leaders into their camp by preying upon their ignorance. Churches had no reason to fall into this trap, but due to lack of knowledge and false leadership, they were easy targets in most cases. In fact, many rushed to the IRS door begging to be let in. As a personal aside, my wife and I were regularly attending non-members of a small rural Baptist Church in northwest Georgia for several years. During that time, the interim pastor, later to become fulltime, brought before the church the idea that it was in their best interests to incorporate. He stated that it was advised by both the church's tax consultant and the Georgia State Southern Baptist Association. With little debate, this was approved by the membership. They simply accepted the word of the pastor that this was best for the church and not one person gave question to how it might relate to God's Word and His Authority. No consequences were considered except for those that might relate to what could happen if they did not incorporate. It was mentioned that IRS advised churches to voluntarily enter into this agreement due to the need to be in compliance with employee payroll record keeping, deductions, etc. At the time, the employees were the pastor, janitor, pianist and choir director. The actual law and actual regulations were never addressed, nor considered, just as God's Word was not consulted. Also, mentioned was that incorporating lessened the potential for individual liability should a lawsuit ensue from some injury on church property. Even this was a lie. While this disturbed me greatly at the time, it did not get my attention like it would some few years later, when I studied more for myself and ceased to accept the messages made by licensed man in government's licensed church. Thus, this quaint little church at the foot of Lookout Mountain turned over their sovereignty under the Authority of God to that of the state and became a corporation posing as a church. Later, this same church seemed exuberant in volunteering their church facilities to be used by Homeland Security in the event of a disaster in the area. Just goes to show that facilities don't make a church any more than does a corporation.

Satanic pagan religions abounded during these periods and they were very much a part of the civil secular government. Yet, for a long period these separate 'kingdoms' coexisted without serious conflict. Of course, the religion of Judaism was pervasive and eventually became very displeasing to God. Jesus lived and was crucified during these times. History records the straying church as it bred itself with secular government and pagan practices and eventually became the Catholic church, a subverted example of Christianity, and who persecuted the Biblical church for hundreds of years known as the Dark Ages. Today, the 501c3 church has bred itself with civil secular satanic government and condones the persecution of the Biblical church. The Dark Ages, during which more than 50,000,000 Biblical Christians were martyred by the Pagan Christians in bed with government, foretells what can happen when the church goes astray and becomes government created corporations posing as churches under the authority of government. The corporations posing as churches have lost their salt and have no light to shed to a secular world. They are in bed with government, an idolatrous affair, a servant whore, and unfit to be the Bride of Jesus Christ. For what will be the acceptance of the Groom when faced with an unclean, impure, church body wed to another, but claiming to be His Bride? Corporations posing as churches are imposter brides, having lost their purity and having given up their sovereignty in His Kingdom. Corporations posing as churches will not be received as His Bride. Their marriage to government is a marriage made for hell. Christians do not understand the seriousness of their choices as a church body, nor the severity of the consequences, when seeking to incorporate. They can no longer be His Church; no longer His expectant Bride. They have become imposters, going through the motions of rituals and sacraments, seeing themselves as honoring the Father, while at the same time, submitting to the authority of the state. In fact, these imposters have turned their back on His Authority and have bowed to another master and they cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven as His Bride for they are married to another. How more serious can it get?
The apostasy foretold in Scripture is rampant and easily seen in the 501c3 corporations posing as churches in our day and time. Becoming a corporation did not make them apostate. A lack of sound doctrine did. Being easily deceived for a lack of knowledge, the church chose of it's on volition to become a corporation posing as a church under government authority. It chose to serve two masters, yet Scripture tells us that this is impossible; that ye can only serve one or the other, and that God is a jealous Master. Thus, the corporation posing as a church is serving a master other than God and it answers to another authority.
The Authority of God was exchanged for the authority of government. The Bible tells us that you can't have it both ways. 'Choose this day who ye will serve' means one, or the other, and corporations are chartered by government to serve government, not God.

The two don't mix and with any attempt in combination one must lose out to the other. The imposter church will be denied a place at the Wedding. God's Bride will not be betrothed to another and received in adultery.

Unfortunately, IRS and the Justice Dept have ignored their own rules and regulations, and actual laws, in order to persecute the 'separate' church that is supposedly constitutionally protected. We saw this in the case of that perverted homosexual murderess Janet Reno and her "I did not have sex..." I did not inhale..." treasonous boss, Bill Clinton, going after the non-incorporated Indianapolis Baptist Tabernacle simply because the church would not practice withholding taxes from those being paid for services to the church. The unbelievable aspect to that case was that so many other churches supported the action of government in spite of its' lack of legal standing. In fact, the church was not in violation of any law and the individuals who received payment from the church were paying taxes on those payments. In other words, IRS used the power of government to take the property and facilities of the church for a claim of taxes neither owed by law, nor unpaid by the recipients. It was little more than a test case, a flag thrown out by government just to judge reaction and see what they could get away with. Government broke the law, ignored their own rules and regulations that did not apply to that church, and proceeded to crush the rights of a sovereign church of God. Other Christian ministries failed to stand for right and even criticized that church for refusing to submit to government. Of course, those ministries supporting government were those operating as 501c3 entities that had already been compromised and who had applied for tax exemption. There were those who waited expectantly for the incoming 'fake Christian' George Bush and Reno's Gestapo Pentecostal Ashcroft replacement to stop the government proceedings against the Indianapolis church. The failure to do so did not stop Bush's Christian supporters from continuing to worship at his feet. Currently, the Bush Justice Dept and IRS are showing their authority over corporations posing as churches, by going after an incorporated church in California for criticizing the Iraqi War and Bush's aggression in starting it. They know that, while they can not legitimately and lawfully control a church that looks only to God as their Authority, they can legally do so when it is a corporation posing as a church. The church has become just as much a fiction as is a corporation, because it is a corporation created in fiction by the state. What we are also seeing however, is a lawless government ignoring the freedom that is inherent to the true Biblical church and that persecution has begun. Meanwhile, those corporations posing as churches, mostly support this lawless government and are the supporters of an antichrist system to which they have wed. I believe that for the true Believer, 'coming out of her' is just as meaningfully applied to the corporations posing as churches, as to any other harlot church that does not follow His Teachings and teaches a false doctrine. The antichrist system of America with its' corporations posing as churches will be equally complicit in the persecution of the true Believer during an age darker than the years of the Inquisition. All in the name of the God, of course.
