"They can't put us all in jail," said someone, speculating that if everyone refused to submit to government in a form of civil disobedience, government would have to capitulate to the citizen's wishes. While that may be true, government is doing a good job of it already. According to sources, the good ole' 'Christian' U.S.of A. nation has more of its' citizens incarcerated than any other nation on earth on a per capita basis. Apparently, we have an unusually large number of criminals among us, or we have a propensity to see that most everyone suffers some jail time. Or do we have an unrecognized tyrannical government that plays off the concept that whatever laws it may pass are good for the greater number and are a detriment to an individual's habits deemed bad for themselves and not in the best interests of a Christian nation? I believe that we have a tyrannical government and an ignorant and psychologically 'controlled' populace. I believe that laws are benefits to the state and not the people. The concept that the government should be restrained by laws and the people allowed to live in freedom as long as they did not intentionally harm others, had only a fleeting moment in history and since then we have lived under an illusion, unable to recognize tyranny even when we live under its roof.
We have a tyrannical criminal government and it is supported and legitimized by the so-called Christians who belong to one of the several state approved religions. It is an illegitimate government and each and every individual in every part of it has committed treason under the definition for it, provided by its' own constitution. Treason has been and is being committed by Congress and by the Executive Branch and by the Justice system in a myriad of ways which could fill a book. Their own constitution has become meaningless to them, but that should have had no affect upon the several states had the states maintained their separateness and refused the many socialistic carrots offered to entice them into enslaving their citizens.
Government is illegitimate because not one senator is holding office under the constitutional requirement that was not changed by a 17th Amendment that was never ratified and proof of the fraudulent inclusion of it is well documented, but which no court will address, saying it is a legislative issue, while Congress says it is an issue for the courts. Of course, the same can be said for the 16th Amendment, which too, was never ratified and which was and is used to justify the income tax. Even after the Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment, (that was never ratified and was fraudulently added to the constitution), did not grant Congress any new powers of taxation, thus no income tax law was in affect, government continued to propagandize the issue and allow its' enforcement. That is criminal. In both the cases of these Amendments, which were never ratified by the number of required states and were the result of the falsified reports by the Secretary of State of that time, government has continued to operate in a criminal manner, using cover-up tactics and applying their results as if they were legitimate. That is criminal. The fraud involved with these two amendments and their fraudulent application and enforcement is criminal and it is ongoing. As a result, the 16th has formed the basis for the incarceration of huge numbers of people deemed in violation of the rules and regulations of a criminal agency, the I.R.S. no less, when no such law actually exists. It has ruined families financially and destroyed them in other ways. It has occurred with the blessings of the Christian community, especially the state approved, (incorporated), churches, who stand for nothing, except submission to an illegitimate criminal government. These so-called Christians are so brainwashed that they take for granted that if someone is jailed, he must deserve it. Little do they realize that their own minds are bound in false perceptions and they are in mental jails, psychologically induced by a tyrannical government.
Special interests and moneyed powers are the rule of the day and if you interfere you could be subjected to much harassment and more. Whistleblowers have thus learned. Corruptness flourishes in the halls of government and while some are sacrificed and are scapegoats, most never face any penalties for their corrupt and immoral behavior and continue to get their legitimacy from so-called elections. Few go to jail for the same reasons that any citizen would expect to face incarceration. Government is used by the "haves" to enforce their rule over the "have-nots" and to increase their power and to enhance their wealth. That is criminal and the force at their disposal is tyrannical by any measurement. In addition, elements in government in all branches are involved in advancing an agenda that they see is in the best interests of insuring that the future offers them total rule over the entire world. Their lackey's or 'useful idiots,' aspire to have more; more power, more money, higher position, and some actually believe that they are also serving the best interests for mankind, but it is from a distorted view of humanity with no place for the one True God.
Laws are continually enacted that are intended to control the citizen and all affect someone's liberty in some way. The penal system is a great source of free labor for the corporations in bed with government. Of course it is also an excuse to extract more of the earnings from the worker who is expected to provide the expense for this free labor. In the name of safety, traffic laws are such that for a violation one can be incarcerated for having harmed no one, not even himself, and having caused no property damage. Fines can be stiff and coupled with loss of income, it can be devastating to families. In Georgia the right to refuse to incriminate one's self is infringed by the law that says that refusal to take a breathalyzer test subjects one to one year without a license to drive, as well as, if a D.U.I. charge is involved, one can be jailed and heavily fined. Still, I would not take a breathalyzer test regardless of the reason asked to do so and even though I had not been drinking. We can submit to tyranny, or we can refuse and take our persecution. I choose the latter. Equipment such as a breathalyzer are another example of government and corporate bonding to profit the corporation and enhance the ability of government to enhance its' revenue and control its' citizens.
D.U.I. laws are a good example of government tyranny with the approval of the citizen. Revenue and control comes at a great cost to the victim and to the taxpayer while safety is used to provide cover for this tyranny. Most of those charged with this offense have never injured anyone, are not involved in an accident, and are otherwise law-abiding citizens. It has become the excuse for legalized unconstitutional road blocks. It is nothing less than tyranny when police are given the authority to stop people in transit simply to check their 'papers.' Freedom is about not being stopped by authorities for no reason other than some excuse they themselves determine. Someone has said that no one is more hopelessly enslaved than the slave who thinks he is free. That's us.
Do you really think seat belt laws are for purposes of safety? It is about control. Of course most citizens seem to have accepted that government knows best and force is necessary to make us take proper precautions to protect ourselves from ourselves. If government says it's for safety or health, it appears we are more than willing to give up the freedom to make decisions for ourselves. Government continually uses safety issues to make tighter control of citizen behavior. DUI laws have become a major boon to law enforcement and it is more about revenue and control than it is about safety. Families are very negatively affected by nothing more than the bread winner being incarcerated for having a couple of beers and being detained at a legalized unconstitutional criminal road block. Stiff fines and jail time serves law enforcement, not the citizen. Again, it is also about control of the individual by the state and this is indicative of a tyrannical government.
Nothing is any more of a sham than is the so-called drug war. While the CIA actually gets much revenue from years of illegal and criminal drug running all over the world, and the local use of drugs is used as an excuse to take more funds from the taxpayer, the pharmaceutical companies make fortunes for their legalized drugs which are just as criminal. Nothing is more immoral and criminal than is the use of legalized, no not illegal, but legal drugs used on children in the government schools where the school gets more federal and state funds based on the number of kids 'needing' medication, and teachers don't want the challenges of an energetic child. These drugs make victims out of their users as well as those who have been affected by their violent reactions. Foster homes find many children on these legal drugs where they are simply easier to control on medication. We are a drug infected society, and few are the adults that I know that aren't taking something, many with side affects worse than the condition it is supposed to treat. However, rarely is a drug a treatment; it is generally used to mask the symptoms and oh yes, there are also drugs to 'treat' the side affects. Illegal drugs are whatever government determines it can't control. Smoke a joint and go to jail, only because the plant is too easy to grow by the individual and the corporations and government can't enhance their revenue. D.A.R.E. is a bogus program regardless of the good intentions of some who participate in it.
Government uses drug bust proceeds to increase their own coffers. Often these 'legal' stops aren't really legal at all, but government can do whatever it desires because it has the fire power to enforce their illegal acts. Recently in Dade County, Georgia, an officer stopped a couple traveling on the interstate. What was supposedly a routine stop for a traffic violation became a bounty for the law enforcement agencies. Over $400,000 dollars was discovered and dog sniffing indicated that drug residue was in the car. Not having enough evidence to prosecute, but more than willing to jail and intimidate this out of state couple, who claimed the money was from a real estate deal, authorities coerced the couple into an agreement whereby they could go on their way by 'donating' $150,000 to the coffers of law enforcement. This money was then used in part by the Sheriff's Dept. to purchase two Dodge Chargers with the latest equipment, one of which was then donated to the State Police. The local newspaper carried the picture of the proud officials participating in the car donation after the legalized criminal confiscation of these peoples assets. Very few people seem to see anything wrong with this, but it is legalized criminality to do what these officials did, including the district attorney. The fact that the local Sheriff donates a car to the State Police is very telling also. We have lost the last bastion of hope when the elected Sheriff, the highest authority in a county, has gone to bed with the state. Of course, all police forces have become federalized and come under authority that no longer represents the citizen. The authorities love to get the grants and 'free' training and these carrots cost them their independence and the citizen's right to have a Sheriff who works in their best interests, rather than the interests of the state. Drugs are a big money maker for law enforcement who are often enforcing laws that have no legal basis, except what some judge has ruled. Case law has completely circumvented the constitution and the inalienable rights of the citizen. Justice is whatever they want it to be and this is a form of tyranny.
Family and Children's Services is one of the most tyrannical agencies within government and the cases of family abuse by government are numerous. I honestly don't understand how we set idly by and allow this agency to destroy families, all in the name of 'protecting' of course. Instead, we keep allowing their funding and authority to be increased to do more damage to families, probably because most do not recognize the tyrannical nature of this agency and think of it as necessary to protect children. Someone needs to protect children and families from government and from this agency of government.
We have very few property rights left in America. Yet, few seem to think of this as anything that affects freedom. Examples are plentiful of government tyranny affecting property owners who lose their property or are zoned out of their ability to use as they desire. The tyrannical tentacles of government can be seen in a myriad of agencies designed to control and take property. Sustainability has become the clique of the governing elite. "Smart Growth" is their tool to take over control of property. Pure Communistic ideology right out of the United Nations central planning for the entire world, but we don't see it as tyranny. That agenda is being embraced by every city and county and we stupidly re-elect those who implement it.
Patriotic to the point of blindness, we fail to recognize what war is really all about. We sacrifice our sons and daughters for corporations using government in acts of aggression to control the world's resources. The agenda to control the world economically and militarily is ignored by most of us and few see it for the world tyranny that it is, but which is recognized as such by those in other nations. Christians worship at the bloodletting feet of a ruling elite, willing to sacrifice their own children at the corporate government altar of killing fields all over the world. This is unrecognized tyranny by brainwashing.
Forced funding and coerced attendance of children in government indoctrination schools is tyrannical. We might as well live in an openly Communist nation where at least we would be less likely to be deceived and we would be more prone to recognize our enemy as our own government. How any Christian can justify sending their little children off each morning to these propaganda camps is mystifying. It is not Christian and cannot be Biblically justified. Forced to fund these instruments of evil and taxed for them based on property ownership against one's will and beliefs is tyrannical.
Agencies of government exercise control of our lives in many ways, all of which are involved in increasing the wealth of the corporate elite and increasing control in the hands of a few. From the FDA to the Forestry Service we have a multitude of agencies intent on controlling our land and our food, Meanwhile, we dutifully perform our responsibilities as obedient slaves and bow to these evil masters, unrecognizing their tyranny. I do not believe history will ever record a more brainwashed people that those of this generation of Americans. But, isn't that what God tells us will occur in the end days? Isn't that exactly what we are told to prepare for? Isn't that the deceit of which we are warned?
A controlled media is the characteristic of a tyrannical government. We are entertained and brainwashed by the television shows and mouth pieces blaring at us unceasingly. It is a tool of a tyrannical government. Keeping the slaves peaceful is advantageous to government masters, except when unrest and keeping us divided is more so.
The United Nations was founded by Communists which included our own Alger Hiss, later exposed and convicted of same. Our military was subjected to the adverse affects of this tyrannical organization during the Korean War, costing hundreds of lives. The U.N. uses our own military to subject nations all over the world to their wishes, overthrowing governments, often installing horrible dictators and Communists. Yet, the American government continues to support and participate in this folly. There must be a reason for that.
We live under a tyranny that few recognize as tyranny. We live an illusion of being free. We are not free and tyranny exists, affecting our everyday lives. Tyranny is evident in the 911 fiasco instigated by elements in government. It has become the excuse to advance tyranny and make freedom extinct. We are constantly subjected to the fear factor. We are a socialist nation whose citizens are looking to government for our every need. A tyrannical government tries to fill needs where it benefits their power and control and does so by robbing others to do so. God does not say it is okay to take from one to give to another by the use of force simply because it is government doing so. Thus every government official elected or otherwise, is complicit in the theft of the peoples assets by taking from them and redistributing their earnings in various ways that benefit their own interests. I do not see how a true believer could possibly be involved in such a criminal and tyrannical system. It violates everything that Jesus Christ was and is about. Think about that the next time you go through the voting routine that legitimizes such an antichrist system as we live under. They don't have to put us all in jail; a few will do, because the masses will continue to bow to this master and serve them well, never recognizing the tyrannical nature of their slave status.
